Shikha works individually and the growth is phenomenal and I can’t believe what I have achieved and what I understand now- about me and my beliefs and Shikha is empowering. Shikha is my guru, is knowledgeable, calming and has such a peaceful aura, that when she talks, I am so interested, intrigued and curious of all that Shikha shares. Shikha has such a soft voice and is approachable. Shikha has the ability to help people find out their authentic way and to create their lives.

Shikhas ability to just know what I needed in that moment. I liked the way each session could be different and just unfolded in such an organic way. Small things could make the biggest difference. It’s changed my life in so many ways and made me see the world and myself through a different lens. I feel better physically, emotionally and spiritually for it.
She’s the most incredible, beautiful, loving soul. Her light shines very brightly and we are lucky to have her on this earth in our lifetime.
